Shipping policy

kokeshiparadise ships Worldwide. We ship the order within 1 up to 3 business days after the payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the total price of the Customer's order and  the destination. The shipping fees combine automatically when you place multiple items in your cart. 

The Seller will send the items to the address provided by the Customer. Please be sure that you provide the right adress!!

All orders are shipped from Spain. 

Kokeshiparadise provide the right documents for custom declaration if required. Customs charges may apply, depending on the total shipping amount and the Customer's country legislation. Any custom fees are at the charge of the Customer. The Seller is not liable for what happens to the ordered items when the Customer refrains from paying these customs charges.

Processing time and delivery time may be delayed for any cause placing the Seller in the impossibility to fulfill his obligations, especially in case of Force majeure. Force majeure describes all situations over which the Seller cannot reasonably have any measure of control, such as, but not exclusively, a strike, an embargo, a natural disaster, a fire, or similar situations such as an unforeseen breakdown in the manufacturing or delivery process. kokeshiparadise is not responsible in case of force majeure of any kind where the Seller in the impossibility to fulfill his obligations. In these cases, the Seller is not obliged to refund the items when lost or damaged. If this occurs, the Customer may contact us through the contact form to find together an arrangement based on the Sellers goodwill.
