The doll's body is beautifully carved and finished with a rich, natural bark-like mottled texture that mimics dynamic autumnal tones or natural wood grain, seamlessly carved to form the overlaps of a kimono. With delicate, painted facial lines depicting a serene, smiling expression, this exquisite piece highlights Kuribayashi's masterful ability to harmonize modern artistic forms with the natural beauty of wood.

Height: 20cm

Weight: 310g

Please always take a close look to the pictures to determine the condition of the kokeshi.
