Rare Sosaku kokeshi, this a kokeshi made by the famous artist Aida Harumine ( Seihou ). Titled "Mother and child".

Born in Yonezawa, Yamagata prefecture in 1926 and died in 1998, he was one of the founders of creative kokeshi in the 60s. During his career he has received numerous awards.
