Exclusive One off a kind kokeshi by Nagisa Hirano

I would like to introduce you all to Nagisa Hirano (23), a young, talented artist. With no less than 3 awards already to her name! And personally, I am certain that many more will follow! 😊❤️. Originally, She went to school to study Buddhist statue carving.
After that, she became interested in kokeshi dolls, and she is now currently creating kokeshi while continuing to learn new techniques at a kokeshi workshop.
Every kokeshi is unique, there will never be a second one!! So don’t wait and regret! 🫣

Snowman” by Nagisa Hirano is a charming handcrafted kokeshi that blends traditional Japanese artistry with playful winter imagery. The figure features a rounded white body inspired by a snowman, accented with a red scarf and hat, and a delicately painted serene face framed by black hair. Its minimalist design and soft expression create a warm, whimsical contrast to the snowy theme, making it a distinctive and elegant decorative piece.

Because it is the first time her work is leaving Japan, she wanted to do something special with the boxes and had a carpenter in Shimonita make wooden boxes for this set!
