Refund policy

kokeshiparadise policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receiving the items, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

kokeshiparadise sells vintage, ancient and used items. Items like we sell often have scratches, bruises or stains. Therefore, we ask you to always take a good look at the pictures to determine the condition of the item. 

 

If the Customer receives the items broken or damaged because of the shipping , you may contact us to find together an arrangement. The Seller will ask the for pictures of the item and the original invoice.
