This is a very big Gumma kokeshi. She wears a beautiful green kimono with engraved flowers, also woodburning techniques where used.
Takamizawa-san lives in Maebashi City, in Gunma Prefecture, considered the breathing heart of the Creative Kokeshi dolls. He is a multiple award winner, including the Prime Minister’s Award.
