Exclusive Sosaku Kokeshi By Sansaku Sekiguchi (1925-2018)

Master Sekiguchi was born in 1925. He is a multi-award winning artist which includes multiple prime minister awards. He is perhaps the most known kokeshi maker worldwide.

This is most probably an older doll.  Has an unusual offset head and the wood is left natural except for several spots where flowers were carved out with a spot of white paint.
