The doll features a rounded wooden head with closed, peaceful eyes, a tiny red mouth, and finely painted lines depicting hair gathered into a distinct topknot. Her lower body is wrapped in a striking dark kimono decorated with elegant hand-painted and engraved traditional motifs, including bamboo stalks, a red plum blossom (ume), and pine elements, representing the auspicious "Three Friends of Winter."
