Exclusive Vintage Sosaku Kokeshi made by Kato Masami (1925-). Rare Kokeshi Doll by Masami Kato "Autumn Maple Leaves"  Very elegant design with falling leaves.

Born in Naruko in the perfecture Myagi in 1925. Her husband, who was a traditional kokeshi master, taught her how to make kokeshi. She has won several awards, including the most prestigious Prime Minister Award.
