This Japanese sōsaku (creative) kokeshi doll titled Yasuragi ("Tranquility" or "Peace") features a serene, rounded wooden body showcasing rich, natural grain. Her gentle face, with eyes closed in calm reflection, is crowned by a smooth dark topknot hairstyle, while her wooden kimono is intricately decorated with delicately carved and hand-painted chrysanthemum blossoms in warm cream and red accents.
