Vintage Sosaku kokeshi by Yajima Suiho (1915-)

This vintage creative (sosaku) kokeshi doll by the prominent artisan Yajima Suiho showcases a beautiful, organic design that emphasizes the natural elegance of wood grain. the doll features a striking, multi-tiered body with distinct contrasting wood tones, creating a beautifully tapered silhouette.
