Vintage Sosaku kokeshi possible by Masashi Takeda

Japanese kokeshi doll with a slender, elongated wooden body and an oversized, rounded head. The doll features a simple, peaceful facial expression with closed, slit-like eyes and a minimalistic hairline painted in black. Its body and head are decorated with delicate, hand-painted floral motifs—primarily small daisy-like flowers in muted shades of pink, yellow, and white—accented by soft, faded green and blue washes resembling clouds or grass. The doll has a natural, varnished wood finish and stands inside a white cubical shelf next to a small potted succulent.
